About Our Space

If you are planning your wedding, birthday party, graduation party, family picnic, company get-together, or another special event, Lytle Bend Pavilion is an excellent venue choice.

Lytle Bend Pavilion is located at 2302 Potosi Road, Abilene, TX 79602

Our performance and event venue in Abilene, TX is beautiful, and complete with many amenities. When you rent our space, we handle set-up and clean-up so you can focus on your special day. Your rental includes tables and chairs inside, and chairs for weddings outside. For weddings, you have the day of to decorate, unless you are renting the evening before.

What’s Included?

All caterings include red and white gingham tablecloths, plastic disposable plates and plastic ware.

• White or black tablecloths are available for an additional fee. One-week notice is required.

• Real plates – white, red or blue granite, are available at an additional fee.

• Rolled silverware (bandana print, black or white) is also available for an additional fee.

Rules

• Outside food is not allowed besides wedding or birthday cake. This includes outside caterers and personal cooking.

• All facilities start closing at 11:30 pm and all parties must vacate the premises by 11:45 pm.

• No sparklers, fireworks, confetti, or any kind or candles (unless they are displayed in a container) are allowed at Lytle Bend. Only rose petals and bubbles are allowed outside for the exit of the bride and groom.

Fees

Please contact us for rental fees, minimums and deposit requirements. All prices include tax unless we are provided a tax exemption form. Payment in full is expected prior to or at the time of your catering. Prices are subject to change. Call for details.

Cash bar or open bar is available; there is a fee for the bartender. You may bring your own beer, wine or alcohol to Lytle Bend. You will assume all liability if bringing in your beverages.
