Joe Allen’s Catering Menu

Do you have a special event coming up? We’d love to cater it! Our catering menu is packed with delicious options your guests will love. The Corral Room is ideal for smaller events and meetings, and the Lytle Bend Pavilion, located at 2302 Potosi Road, is ideal for larger parties. 

All caterings over 20 miles from Abilene will incur a mileage fee of $2.50 per mile each way. Our minimum for catering outside of Abilene is 100 people. If we cater at a facility that charges a catering fee, the fee will be added to your bill.

Chicken Fried Steak
Grilled Chicken or Catfish

Ribeye Steak Dinner

Joe Allen’s Steak Dinners are top choice ribeyes. You choose the thickness and we hand-cut and cook them over our mesquite-fired pits. Steak Dinners include your choice of three vegetables, Homemade Bread, Peach or Apple Cobbler, Tea, Water, Silverware, Plates (hard plastic) and Napkins. Cooked on location.

Fajita Dinner – Beef or Chicken

Fajita Dinners include Beef or Chicken Fajitas (or Combo), Beans, Tortillas, Chips and Salsa, Sour Cream, Guacamole, Pico De Gallo, Peach or Apple Cobbler, Tea, Water, Silverware, Plates (hard plastic) and Napkins.
